This is a python script I've written for a bulge deformer tool in Maya. The tool was developed for Life Unfolds artists so they could easily and quickly bend large game assets to conform to the curvature of the game world. Makes a copy of the selected geometry, combines it, and places the new copy at the origin with the centroid at the base on the origin as well. The geometry can then be deformed downwards along the X and Z axes independently. Also features a spherical land creator which can easily be scaled up and used to match the deformed geometry along against. Once done, click the Delete Construction History button to remove the deformers.
